Motion Graphics Designer & Animator

As a Motion Graphics Designer & Animator, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning animations, motion graphics, and multimedia content that align with the brand and captivate the audience. Your passion for storytelling through motion and ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment will be key in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for video content, ads, social media, and other digital platforms. - Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute designs that meet project objectives. - Create engaging visual effects, transitions, and dynamic animations to enhance video content. - Develop storyboards, style frames, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively. - Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into projects. - Optimize graphics and animations for various platforms, ensuring high performance and quality. - Edit video footage and integrate it with motion graphics where necessary. - Maintain consistency with the brand's visual identity across all motion projects. - Design for social media with knowledge of platform-specific requirements. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Animator, or similar role. - Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Strong skills in animation, graphic design, typography, and storytelling. - Experience in creating both 2D animations and motion graphics (3D animation is a plus). - A strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphics and animation work. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Knowledge of 3D animation tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender. - Experience with video editing and post-production workflows. - Understanding of branding and marketing strategies for video content.,
