Job Description – Motion Graphics Designer

The Motion Graphics Designer is responsible for creating engaging and dynamic visual content through animated graphics, typography, and visual effects. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to transform ideas, storyboards, and marketing concepts into eye-catching motion visuals for digital platforms, advertising, and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Animation

• Design and produce motion graphics, animated titles, explainer videos, and infographics.
• Develop visually appealing video elements, transitions, and kinetic typography.
• Create animations for advertisements, social media posts, product launches, and presentations.
• Ensure brand consistency across all motion graphic outputs.

Project Execution

• Work from briefs, scripts, or storyboards to develop final animations.
• Collaborate with video editors, graphic designers, and marketing teams.
• Deliver motion graphics content for digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional videos.
• Ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Technical Skills & Tools

• Use industry-standard tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Cinema4D (optional).
• Integrate sound, effects, and visual elements to enhance storytelling.
• Stay updated on motion design trends, animation styles, and visual storytelling techniques.

Collaboration & Communication

• Brainstorm creative ideas with the team for marketing and brand campaigns.
• Provide innovative visual suggestions to enhance client projects.
• Support the digital marketing and video production teams with engaging animated content.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain proper project files and backups for easy revisions.
• Track deliverables and update project progress with team leads.
• Provide regular updates to management on completed and ongoing motion graphics projects.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animation work.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and other motion design tools.
• Knowledge of 2D/3D animation and compositing (preferred).
• Strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, and typography.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in motion graphics or animation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
