In this role, you will play a key part in driving brand engagement through visual storytelling and innovative design concepts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and oversee the motion graphics team, ensuring the successful execution of projects from concept to completion. - Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and marketing teams to understand project objectives and deliver high-quality motion graphics solutions. - Develop creative concepts and storyboards, providing direction and feedback to junior designers. - Maintain the highest standards of design and animation, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints. - Manage and prioritize multiple projects, delivering them on time and within budget. - Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and techniques to continuously innovate and improve the team's output. - Train and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the team. **Qualifications Required:** - 8-10 years of experience in motion graphics, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. - Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and other industry-standard software. - Solid understanding of animation principles, design, and typography. - A strong portfolio showcasing diverse motion graphics projects, including high-quality animation, explainer videos, brand films, and digital content. - Experience managing a creative team, providing mentorship, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - A keen eye for design aesthetics, along with the ability to create original and innovative concepts. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present creative ideas clearly. - A degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field (preferred).
