Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor

As a motion graphics designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing and creating modern and unique assets for animation projects. Your creativity, dedication, and punctuality will be key in delivering high-quality motion graphics that captivate our audience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and create enticing motion graphics for various video deliverables, such as corporate videos, eLearning modules, websites, and marketing demos. - Prepare design plans, concepts, and layouts for motion graphic projects. - Deliver motion graphics across different media platforms, including web and mobile. - Collaborate with art and creative teams to understand project objectives and scope. - Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, and animations for graphic design projects. - Work closely with editors, producers, and other designers to address technical and design challenges. - Edit raw video footage and incorporate effects and elements to enhance motion graphics. - Research and analyze the best design techniques to create engaging motion graphics. - Contribute to designing storyboards and participate in brainstorming sessions to share innovative design perspectives. - Maintain best practices for version control, file naming conventions, and organization of graphic files. - Stay updated on the latest graphic design techniques and ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in animation and motion graphics, with experience in working on Explainer Videos and Whiteboard animations. - Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Flash, and Adobe Premiere (additional software proficiency is a plus). - Ability to visualize concepts independently from scripts.
