Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor

The ideal candidate should possess the ability to create modern and distinctive assets for animations. Proficiency in animation and motion graphics is a must. Familiarity with software such as After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Flash, and Adobe Premiere would be an added advantage. The candidate should demonstrate the capability to visualize concepts independently based on the provided script. Prior experience in working on Explainer Videos and Whiteboard animations is preferred. The candidate should be inclined towards experimenting with new formats, structures, and styles while maintaining a creative, dedicated, and punctual approach. Responsibilities: - Design captivating motion graphics for various video projects, including corporate videos, eLearning modules, websites, marketing demos, etc. - Develop design plans, concepts, and layouts for motion graphic assignments. - Produce and deliver motion graphics across different platforms like web and mobile. - Collaborate with art and creative teams to comprehend project requirements and goals. - Assist in the selection of audio, video elements, colors, and animations for graphic design projects. - Coordinate with editors, producers, and fellow designers to address technical and design challenges. - Enhance motion graphics by editing raw video footage and incorporating effects/elements. - Research and evaluate the most effective design techniques for creating compelling motion graphics. - Contribute to the creation of storyboards and participate in brainstorming sessions to introduce innovative design perspectives. - Adhere to version control practices, naming conventions, and file organization standards. - Stay updated on the latest graphic design trends and techniques. - Ensure adherence to company guidelines and design standards.
