Motion Graphic Designer

As a Motion Graphic Designer at India's leading political consulting organization, your role involves working with animation, audio, and visual effects to create moving content and graphics for various media platforms. You will collaborate with creative teams to incorporate design elements into projects and create highly engaging complex animations for smartphones, tablets, and the web. Your responsibilities will include: - Working with illustrators, designers, and instructional designers to understand project scope and objectives. - Assisting in the creation of animation storyboards and preparing conceptual layouts for motion graphic projects. - Participating in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas. - Providing accurate time estimates for each part of the animation process. - Assisting in selecting appropriate audio, graphic, and animation styles for projects. - Encoding, converting, and editing videos, as well as adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics. - Supporting the design and illustration team with photo editing, bespoke illustration, and icon design. - Being responsible for training and developing others in the use of animation software. - Keeping abreast of advancements in animation, new technologies, contemporary trends in product design, and popular music to deliver cutting-edge work. This is a contractual role at the organization dedicated to providing professional support for political campaigns until June 2026.
