Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer cum Video Editor
Experience Required: 2+ Years
Location: Vashi (On-site) Monday to Friday

About the Role:

We are on the lookout for a creative, technically skilled Motion Graphic Designer cum Video Editor with a minimum of 2 years of experience. This role demands a solid foundation in graphic design principles, motion storytelling, and the ability to conceptualize ideas through sketch boards and storyboards.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with 2D and 3D elements, SFX, and dynamic camera angles to produce visually rich, high-impact video content for tech, non-tech, and brand-focused audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and on-trend video content and motion graphics for reels, ads, promos, and campaigns
• Develop storyboards, sketch boards, and style frames to plan visuals before execution
• Blend 2D and 3D elements to create compelling motion sequences
• Work with 3D camera movements to enhance storytelling and depth
• Apply sound design, transitions, effects (SFX), and visual polish to video outputs
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to bring ideas to life
• Adapt and optimize content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more Maintain a consistent visual identity across all deliverables

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience in motion graphics and video editing
• Strong understanding of the principles of graphic design (composition, color theory, typography, etc.)
• Skilled in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Familiarity with 3D tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, or Element 3D
• Strong ability to sketch and storyboard ideas
• Proficient in using and animating 3D camera angles, tracking, and transitions
• Experience in designing and implementing SFX and sound design
• Good visual storytelling and editing sense, particularly for short-form content
• Updated with the latest social media trends and reel formats
• Ability to actively brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for each project

Bonus (Good to Have):

• UI/UX knowledge or experience with app/product animation
• Experience in brand films or product launch videos
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
