About the Role:

Motion Graphics Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create high-quality motion graphics for digital content, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Develop animated explainer videos, GIFs, and video graphics to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content teams to produce visually compelling animations.
• Use software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender, and Photoshop to create animations.
• Work with scripts and storyboards to bring concepts to life.
• Add special effects, transitions, and visual enhancements to videos.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest motion graphics trends and industry best practices.
• Optimize animations for various platforms, ensuring smooth performance across web and mobile.
• Handle multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proficiency in motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D (or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in 2D & 3D animation is a plus.
• Knowledge of video editing, sound synchronization, and color grading.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently.
