Motion Graphic Design- Specialist

As a Motion Design Specialist, you will play a crucial role in transforming creative ideas into impactful designs for global campaigns with clients, including Fortune 50 companies. You will work closely with our global creative agency teams and a talented group of designers to deliver high-quality services. With a strong focus on Adobe AE, Premier, Maxon, and the CC suite, you will script, plan, and create animated sequences under tight deadlines. Additionally, you will integrate sound design into films, match tracks to sequences, and stay updated on the latest trends in motion graphics and editing styles. Your responsibilities will also include storyboarding, project planning, and participating in creative sessions to provide new design perspectives and ideas. Moreover, you will adhere to best practices for filing and storage while collaborating closely with the team to meet client needs efficiently. To excel in this role, you should have 8-11 years of experience in motion design, showcasing your ability to craft compelling stories using animated graphics in diverse environments such as agencies, video production, or in-house setups. Proficiency in Adobe Cloud programs like Premier Pro, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder, InDesign, After Effects, as well as Microsoft Office and Google productivity tools is essential. You will lead the creative team to understand and fulfill client requirements, research imagery from various sources, manage multiple productions simultaneously, and innovate storytelling techniques using video, audio, and animation. Your tasks will include designing motion for digital media channels, video compositing, creating meaningful storyboards, and collaborating with art directors and producers to meet deliverables.
