As a Creative Motion Graphics Artist at Bodsphere, based in Noida, you'll play a crucial role in turning ideas into visually engaging stories that resonate with our global audience. You'll be responsible for translating scripts and concepts into dynamic visuals, collaborating with various teams, designing motion graphics for social media, campaigns, product launches, and more. Your work will involve applying animation techniques, kinetic typography, and visual storytelling to create emotionally resonant content while maintaining brand consistency. Additionally, you'll be expected to stay updated with the latest trends in motion design and short-form content formats. Key Responsibilities: - Translate scripts and concepts into compelling visual stories - Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to bring ideas to life - Design motion graphics for social media, campaigns, product launches, etc. - Create content in multiple formats such as reels, explainer videos, teasers, mood boards, and social media - Apply animation techniques, kinetic typography, and visual storytelling - Maintain brand guidelines while exploring creative boundaries - Utilize 2D/3D animation skills (Cinema 4D or Blender knowledge is a plus) - Manage projects from storyboard to final export, ensuring timely delivery and meeting expectations - Stay updated on trends in motion design and short-form content formats Qualifications: - 2+ years of hands-on experience in motion graphics and video editing - Strong portfolio/showreel showcasing storytelling ability - Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop - Solid understanding of design fundamentals: timing, composition, color, and typography - Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset - Experience with animation techniques, kinetic typography, and visual storytelling - Knowledge of 2D/3D animation (Cinema 4D or Blender is advantageous) - Bonus: experience with 3D animation, stop motion, or sound design,
