Motion Designer

You will be working as a Motion Designer at TXLabs in Ahmedabad with 1-3 years of experience at a Mid-Level proficiency. Your role will involve creating engaging animations and visual effects for digital media such as videos, websites, and social content. You will collaborate with creative teams to bring concepts to life through motion graphics, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality storytelling. As a Motion Designer at TXLabs, your core responsibilities will include: - Designing 2D/3D animations, explainer videos, UI/UX animations, and motion graphics. - Animating logos, icons, transitions, and interactions. - Developing storyboards, style frames, and animation concepts. - Optimizing animations for performance, especially in web/mobile. - Working with audio syncing, timing, and visual storytelling. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in tools like Adobe After Effects (core tool), Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender (optional but nice to have), Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, and Figma or Sketch for UI-based motion. Additionally, you should have an understanding of animation principles such as timing, easing, squash/stretch, etc., a strong visual design sense including color, typography, composition, and the ability to convert scripts or briefs into animated content.
