Mother Toddler Programme instructor

We are seeking a passionate, patient, and creative Mother-Toddler Program Instructor to lead early learning sessions for toddlers aged 12 months to 3 years alongside their caregivers. As the ideal candidate, you should possess a background in early childhood education, a genuine love for children, and the capability to establish a warm, engaging environment that fosters developmental milestones through play, music, movement, and interactive activities. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate sessions for mothers and toddlers. - Foster physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development through structured activities. - Provide guidance to parents/caregivers on positive parenting techniques and developmental expectations. - Ensure a safe, clean, and inviting learning environment. - Observe and document each child's development progress and offer feedback to parents when necessary. - Collaborate with fellow staff members and report to program coordinators. - Manage class routines, transitions, and discipline with a gentle and respectful approach. - Prepare and organize materials and resources for each session. This is a full-time, contractual/temporary position with a contract length of 3 months. The work schedule includes day shifts with weekend availability.
