Job Title: Mother Teacher (Primary Grades) Job Description: We are looking for a caring and dedicated Mother Teacher for primary classes (Nursery to Grade II). The Mother Teacher plays a vital role in nurturing young learners, ensuring their academic, emotional, and social development in a warm and supportive classroom environment. Key Responsibilities: Teach all subjects (English, EVS, Math, etc.) to a single class as the primary caregiver and educator. Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning atmosphere. Focus on the holistic development of each child – academic, emotional, and behavioral. Plan and execute age-appropriate activities and lessons. Maintain regular communication with parents to discuss student progress and well-being. Observe and support individual learning needs and pace. Foster good habits, discipline, and values in young learners. Qualifications: Graduate with D.El.Ed./B.Ed. (mandatory). Minimum 1–2 years of experience in early childhood or primary teaching preferred. Warm, patient, and child-friendly demeanor.
