Mother Teacher

As a Mother Teacher at our school in Pune, your role involves being a warm, nurturing, and enthusiastic caregiver for young children. You will create a safe and stimulating learning environment and play a key role in their emotional and academic development. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary caregiver for a specific class (Nursery, LKG, or UKG). - Foster a supportive classroom environment to promote emotional and academic growth. - Plan and deliver engaging lessons following the school's curriculum. - Assess each child's development and provide regular feedback to parents. - Maintain classroom discipline and hygiene. - Collaborate with co-teachers and school staff for events and curriculum planning. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of teaching or early childhood education experience. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong interpersonal and nurturing abilities. - Graduation in any discipline (Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education or Montessori training preferred). - Passion for working with young children to support their holistic growth.
