Mother Teacher / HRT ( Only Females)

Job Title: HRT / Mother Teacher (Female Only – Experienced)
School: Samashti International School
Location: Coimbatore Branch

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as the Home Room Teacher / Mother Teacher for the assigned grade, ensuring the overall academic and emotional well-being of students
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons as per the curriculum and school guidelines
• Maintain individual student records, attendance, and academic progress reports
• Foster a safe, caring, and disciplined classroom environment
• Coordinate with subject teachers and support staff to ensure holistic student development
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents regarding students’ academic and behavioral progress
• Support students’ social, emotional, and life-skill development
• Participate actively in school activities, meetings, trainings, and events

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduation with B.Ed / D.Ed / Montessori / ECCE / NTT or relevant teaching qualification
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an HRT / Mother Teacher in a school (CBSE experience preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English (regional language knowledge is an added advantage)
• Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
