Company Description Morning Owl's journey begins in the lush forests of Kerala, India, where rubber trees are abundant. Our mattress factory, located in Kottayam, Kerala, is enveloped by expansive rubber forests. The latex used in our mattresses and pillows is sustainably tapped from these forests, ensuring high-quality and eco-friendly products. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager in Pune. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and manage store staff. Responsibilities include implementing retail loss prevention strategies, maintaining store inventory, and enhancing the overall shopping experience. The Store Manager will also work closely with the sales team to drive sales performance and achieve targets. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Strong Communication skills Store Management experience and knowledge in Retail Loss Prevention Leadership and team management abilities Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is a plus Salary 20000-30000 Per Month + Incentive on targets Show more Show less
