Use email automation tools to create drip campaigns, cart abandonment flows, and post-purchase journeys. Continuously analyze customer behavior and trends to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness. Manage and grow the subscriber database while ensuring data hygiene and accuracy. Requirements: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably in the eCommerce sector. Proficient in email marketing platforms such as Brevo, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar. Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, spreadsheet, or other reporting platforms. Knowledge of email best practices, deliverability, and compliance regulations. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Highly organized with an eye for detail and a creative mindset. Bonus - Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template editing is a plus.
