About the job: Role overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and curious AI/ML Intern to join our innovation team and contribute to the development of agentic AI models. The intern will work on cutting-edge projects designed to develop autonomous AI agents capable of decision-making, planning, and executing tasks for B2B applications. This is an excellent opportunity for students or early-career professionals interested in AI research and practical model development within a real-world business environment. Key responsibilities: 1. Research and experiment with state-of-the-art ML/AI models focusing on agentic architectures (e.g., reinforcement learning, decision transformers). 2. Assist in designing and developing autonomous AI agents that interact with B2B applications. 3. Develop training pipelines and data preprocessing workflows for agentic model training. 4. Work closely with the product and engineering teams to integrate AI models into business workflows. 5. Analyze model performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy. 6. Document research findings, experiments, and model architectures. 7. Stay updated with the latest research trends in agentic AI and contribute innovative ideas. Who we're looking for: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field. Strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals (supervised, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning). Experience with Python and popular ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Familiarity with advanced concepts such as agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, or decision transformers. Basic understanding of B2B software ecosystems is a plus. Problem-solving mindset with a passion for research and development. Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Self-driven, eager to learn, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision. Preferred qualifications: Prior project or internship experience in AI/ML development. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) for model training/deployment. Experience working with APIs, microservices, or business automation tools. Knowledge of version control tools (Git).
