Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operator located in Ludhiana. The Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring that all equipment is functioning correctly. Daily tasks include monitoring machine performance, performing routine checks and maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and following standard operating procedures to ensure safety and efficiency. Qualifications Experience in operating and maintaining machinery Ability to troubleshoot machinery issues and perform routine maintenance Familiarity with safety protocols and standard operating procedures in an industrial setting Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Previous experience in a similar role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is advantageous
