As a SAP RTR (Record-to-Report) consultant in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing finance and accounting processes within the SAP framework. Day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing business processes, configuring SAP FICO modules, maintaining master data, providing consulting services, and ensuring seamless integration of financial data. Collaborating with various departments will be essential to improve financial operations and support strategic decision-making. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad, requiring at least 8 years of experience in SAP FI/R2R processes. Strong expertise in General Ledger (GL) and financial reporting, experience with SAP FICO configuration, and a good understanding of controlling (CO) are expected. Proven experience in month-end/year-end close, hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA, excellent communication and documentation skills, familiarity with taxation, compliance, and audit controls, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA, CPA, MBA is a plus) are required qualifications. Preferred qualifications include SAP S/4HANA certification, experience in Central Finance or SAP BPC/SAC, familiarity with tools like BlackLine, Trintech, or Celonis, and exposure to Agile or DevOps delivery models. Soft skills such as a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, ability to work under tight deadlines, proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in global cross-functional teams are also sought after.
