Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Head at our Solar Manufacturing Plant located in Morbi. The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, including production planning, quality control, budgeting, and overall production management. They will ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently while meeting production targets and maintaining high-quality standards. Additionally, the Plant Head will be tasked with managing plant staff and coordinating with other departments to align on production goals and objectives. Qualifications Experience in Plant Operations and Production Management Skills in Production Planning and managing production schedules Knowledge of Quality Control processes and maintaining high production standards Experience in Budgeting and managing financial aspects of plant operations Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Relevant experience in the solar manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
