Monolithia is looking for a self-motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to help us strengthen our brand’s digital presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Quora, Reddit, and Google Business. You’ll be responsible for content creation, digital strategy execution, and lead generation campaigns that directly contribute to the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities: Create engaging content tailored for various platforms Build and execute digital strategies focused on visibility and lead generation Strengthen our presence on Google Business and community platforms like Quora and Reddit Participate in forums and conversations that align with our services and audience Use AI tools and design platforms to optimize content workflows Track performance metrics and suggest data-driven improvements What We’re Looking For: Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and social media Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, Reddit, and Quora Excellent written communication skills Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently Bonus Points: Experience using tools like Canva, ChatGPT, Copy.ai, or other AI-based platforms Completed any online/offline digital marketing course Demonstrated success in past marketing projects or campaigns with measurable results Internship Details: Duration: 3 months Certificate and letter of recommendation on completion Top-performing interns may be offered a permanent role at Monolithia Compensation Details: First month will be unpaid (performance evaluation period) A performance-based payout, tied to the value your work brings to the company will be paid to the candidate as a stipend for the second and third months of internship.
