Job Overview:

Monitor server and infrastructure health 24×7.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor servers via SolarWinds/Nagios.
  • Escalate alerts to L2 teams.
  • Document incidents in ITSM.
  • Produce daily reports.

Technical Skills:

SolarWinds, Nagios, ManageEngine.

Certifications:

ITIL Foundation.

Coverage Model:

NOC 24×7.

Ramp-Up Requirement:

W3 – 2 FTEs | W5 – 3 FTEs | W7 – 4 FTEs steady state.
