As a MongoDB Admin with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, you will play a crucial role as an Application Developer in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to create efficient and scalable applications that align with the needs of the organization. A typical day in this role will involve collaborating with the team, analyzing requirements, developing code, and ensuring the smooth functioning of applications. In this position, you are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and effectively collaborate and manage the team's performance. You will be responsible for making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and contributing to key decisions. Your role will involve providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Additionally, you will develop efficient and scalable applications based on business requirements, analyze user needs, and design software solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Proficiency in MongoDB is a must-have skill. - Experience with MongoDB Administration is a good-to-have skill. - Strong understanding of database concepts and data modeling. - Experience in designing and developing MongoDB databases. - Knowledge of MongoDB query language and aggregation framework. - Familiarity with MongoDB indexing and performance optimization techniques. - Experience in integrating MongoDB with applications using programming languages like Java or Python. - Understanding of data security and access control in MongoDB. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in MongoDB. - The resource will need to work daily from the client's office in Mumbai location. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
