What You’ll Do: - Lead end-to-end recruitment and manage a dynamic HR team. - Champion culture, engagement, and diversity initiatives. - Build our employer brand and represent MyMoneyKarma in the HR community. - Drive innovation and growth through forward-thinking HR practices. Who You Are: - 10+ years of HR experience (preferably in Fintech, BFSI, or NBFCs). - Strong in recruitment, team leadership, and HR communications. - Passionate about people, culture, and strategic HR impact.
