Handle inbound inquiries from leads generated through website, social media, and campaigns. Collect basic details of customers and update them in CRM/lead sheet. Follow up with interested customers through calls/WhatsApp until closure. Schedule appointments for senior loan officers if required. Maintain daily call reports and achieve targets.
