Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan products (Personal, Business, Home, Mortgage, Education). Handle inbound inquiries from leads generated through website, social media, and campaigns. Collect basic details of customers and update them in CRM/lead sheet. Follow up with interested customers through calls/WhatsApp until closure. Schedule appointments for senior loan officers if required. Maintain daily call reports and achieve targets.
