About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Dark Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our dark store facility. This role is critical in ensuring smooth inwarding and outwarding of products , maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring timely dispatches for our quick-commerce and direct delivery operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute inwarding (receiving) and outwarding (dispatching) of products daily. Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock discrepancies. Generate and manage daily reports using Excel and other software tools. Coordinate with the central warehouse, delivery team, and internal departments for smooth operations. Monitor order fulfillment accuracy, packaging quality, and timely dispatches. Maintain cleanliness, order, and operational efficiency within the dark store. Ensure FIFO/FEFO and product shelf-life protocols are followed strictly. Handle basic administrative and system tasks using computers/software.
