Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Marketing Consultant to join our growing team. In this hybrid role based in Karnal, Haryana , you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to boost brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales across platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, and our own website. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve monthly sales targets. Plan, launch, and manage digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Influencer Marketing). Collaborate with design and content teams for marketing collaterals and brand creatives. Identify customer trends and competitor strategies to refine our approach. Track and analyze campaign performance, prepare weekly reports, and optimize ROAS. Build partnerships and PR strategies to enhance brand visibility. Support offline promotions or sampling drives, when required. Qualifications: Proven 1–3 years of experience in sales or digital marketing roles (FMCG/D2C/Ayurveda sectors preferred). Strong understanding of performance marketing, campaign setup, and reporting tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a startup-like environment. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
