Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor at our Bengaluru location. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, managing production schedules, and coordinating production planning. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring quality control, and maintaining effective communication with team members and management. The Production Supervisor will also be required to implement production management strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and ability to manage staff effectively Experience in creating and managing Production Schedules Proficiency in Production Planning and coordination Strong Communication skills for effective team interactions and management reporting Knowledge of Production Management techniques and strategies Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field preferred
