Job Description: Calling Executives – Business Development (MohakKriti Hospital) Location: Gurgaon Role Type: Full-time Department: Business Development Experience: 1–3 years Salary : INR 30,000 - INR 50,000 About the Role MohakKriti Hospital is looking for proactive and customer-focused Calling Executives to support the Business Development Manager in driving patient acquisition, strengthening referral networks, and improving service utilisation. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, target-driven, and passionate about helping patients access the right medical care. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and partner networks. Explain hospital services, specialties, doctors’ profiles, and treatment options to prospective patients. Understand patient requirements and coordinate appointments, consultations, and admission scheduling. Follow up with warm leads, ensure timely conversions, and maintain strong patient engagement. Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in the Lead management system. Coordinate with departments such as front desk, insurance desk, doctors, and nursing teams to ensure smooth patient experience. Support the Business Development Manager in executing outreach activities and improving patient acquisition strategies. Handle feedback, basic queries, and escalation cases professionally. Achieve monthly conversion targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the hospital. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) 1–3 years of experience in calling, telesales, customer service, or healthcare front office. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong persuasion and follow-up abilities. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google sheets). Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Professional attitude, empathy, and patience while dealing with patients.
