About the Role We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager who can help position Moggly Design Studio as the go-to design partner for SaaS companies and growing businesses. You’ll be responsible for taking leads from first contact all the way to signed clients. This isn’t a “spray-and-pray” sales role. We want someone who understands design as a business growth lever and can have smart, consultative conversations with founders, product leaders, and marketing heads. What you’ll do Own the growth pipeline → from identifying potential clients to turning them into long-term partners. Spot opportunities in SaaS, fintech, edtech, logistics, and D2C businesses where design can drive growth. Start conversations with founders, product leaders, and marketing heads through thoughtful outreach, not spam. Run discovery calls that focus on uncovering real business problems, then map those back to design solutions. Present Moggly’s value through case studies, proposals, and conversations that show impact beyond visuals. Negotiate and close deals that make sense for both the client and Moggly, ensuring strong relationships from day one. Shape how sales works at Moggly, you’ll be building the foundation of our business development function. What we’re looking for 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales (agency, SaaS, consulting, or services). Proven record of closing mid to high-ticket projects . Confident communicator who can hold conversations with founders and decision makers. Understanding of design, branding, or UI/UX services (bonus if you’ve sold creative services before). Hands-on with sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar). Self-driven, persistent, and comfortable handling the entire sales funnel solo.
