Module Lead/Data Scientist

We are envisioning the future of intelligence gathering by developing artificial intelligence and machine learning based lawful interception & communication analytics solutions that solve the world's most challenging problems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide LLM expertise to solve AI problems using state-of-the-art language models and off-the-shelf LLM services, such as OpenAI models. - Have knowledge around Retrieval augmented generation and relevant techniques to improve performance & capabilities of LLMs. - Develop end-to-end machine learning pipeline which includes model development, tuning, implementation, deployment, and MLOps. - Create an end-to-end model pipeline for transformer-based use cases which includes model development and fine-tuning. - Work closely with business and product management teams to develop and implement analytics solutions. - Communicate results to diverse technical and non-technical audiences. - Possess strong logical analytical abilities in problem-solving and solution designing. - Stay up to date with the latest advancements in the fields of AI through research and innovation. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science & engineering. - 7+ years of experience in AI/Data Science. - Sound theoretical and practical knowledge of working with machine learning, deep learning algorithms, and hands-on experience with LLM. - Strong proficiency in Python, Scikit-Learn, Transformer, PyTorch, SQL, and LangChain. - Experience in model building, hyperparameter tuning, model performance metrics, and model deployment of machine learning models. - Deep learning/LLM model fine-tuning and evaluation. - Knowledge of LLMs such as domain like LlaMA, Mistral, and others. **Good To Have Skills:** - LLMOps. - Cloud (AWS). **Note:** The company's additional details were not provided in the job description.,
