Module Lead Data Scientist

You will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Language Model (LLM) to solve AI problems using cutting-edge language models and off-the-shelf LLM services like OpenAI models. This will involve applying techniques such as Retrieval augmented generation to enhance the performance and capabilities of LLMs. Additionally, you will be involved in developing end-to-end machine learning pipelines, encompassing model development, tuning, implementation, deployment, and MLOps. Working closely with the business and product management teams, you will play a key role in developing and implementing analytics solutions. It will be essential to effectively communicate the results to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your problem-solving and solution designing abilities will be crucial in this role, along with staying updated with the latest advancements in AI research and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Provide LLM expertise to solve AI problems using state-of-the-art language models - Develop end-to-end machine learning pipelines for transformer-based use cases - Collaborate with business and product management teams for implementing analytics solutions - Communicate results to diverse technical and non-technical audiences - Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI research Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science & engineering - 7+ years of experience in AI/Data Science - Sound theoretical and practical knowledge of machine learning, deep learning algorithms, and hands-on experience with LLM applications Mandatory Skills: - Python, Scikit-Learn, Transformer, PyTorch, SQL, LangChain - Model building, Hyperparameter tuning, Model performance metrics, Model Deployment - Deep learning/LLM models fine-tuning and evaluation - Knowledge of LLMs such as LlaMA, Mistral, and others Good to Have Skills: - LLMOps - Cloud (AWS),
