We produce a wide range of products including electrical contacts and contact materials made of silver and silver alloy, along with silver powders, foils, oxides, nitrates, and brazing alloys. We are a key supplier to switchgear manufacturers in India and export to Europe and the USA. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Machine Operator. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of silver and silver alloy products. Daily tasks include setting up machines, monitoring operations, conducting quality checks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational guidelines. Qualifications Experience in operating manufacturing machinery and equipment Knowledge of machine troubleshooting and basic maintenance Understanding of quality control processes and standards Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols Basic understanding of metallurgy and production processes related to silver and silver alloys Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification is a plus Previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry is preferred
