Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition : Identify and approach potential clients including contractors, developers, infrastructure companies, and industrial units within the Pithampur region. Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for construction chemical products such as admixtures, waterproofing systems, grouts, sealants, coatings, and repair products. Technical Promotion : Conduct product demos, site visits, and presentations to educate clients on product applications, benefits, and usage. Market Intelligence : Track local projects, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, engineers, and procurement teams. Reporting : Prepare daily/weekly visit reports, sales updates, pipeline forecasts, and customer feedback to the reporting manager. After-Sales Support : Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, application guidance, and complaint resolution.
