Role Description This is a full-time on-site Telesales Specialist role located in Andheri east,saki Naka.mumbai. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for conducting sales calls, providing customer support, and offering training to customers. The role involves engaging with customers over the phone to promote and sell Modern Labels' solutions. Qualifications Customer Service, Communication, and Sales skills Customer Support and Training experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Previous experience in telesales or customer service roles Knowledge of label solutions or printing industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required
