Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine Operator located in Mumbai. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery for the manufacturing of screws and rivets. Daily tasks include monitoring machine operations, performing routine maintenance, inspecting finished products for quality assurance, and adhering to safety protocols and production standards. The role may also involve troubleshooting equipment issues and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow. Qualifications Knowledge of machine operation, including setup, alignment, and running production equipment Mechanical skills, such as the ability to perform maintenance and make minor repairs on machinery Attention to detail and quality assurance skills for inspecting finished products Understanding of safety procedures, workplace safety standards, and production environment practices Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members Basic mathematical skills for measurements and adjustments Prior experience in manufacturing or a similar industrial role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent education; vocational training in machine operation preferred Willingness to work in an on-site environment requiring standing, lifting, and other physical activities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
