As a Manager, Model Validation - Hybrid at Citi, you will be a part of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Review and Challenge Group within the Model Risk Management organization. Your role will involve independently validating AI/ML non-model objects, developing Generative AI solutions, and supporting the design and delivery of Risk programs for Risk Management. Key Responsibilities: - Independently validate AI/ML non-model objects, including unsupervised learning models, Natural Language Processing models, and Generative AI models. - Develop and implement Generative AI solutions to enhance validation activities. - Support the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of Risk programs, policies, and practices. - Identify and escalate potential risks for further review. - Create and maintain reports for control, tracking, and analysis purposes. - Collaborate with other areas within Risk Management. - Assess risk for business decisions to safeguard Citigroup, its clients, and assets. Qualifications and Skills Required: - Minimum of 3 years of industry experience. - Mandatory experience in model development or validation using NLP techniques. - Familiarity with AI/ML applications in generative AI, cybersecurity, chatbot, NLP, image/voice recognition, and robotic process automation. - Strong technical knowledge of generative AI and common AI/ML techniques. - Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. - Master's degree or above with a specialization in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or other quantitative discipline preferred.,
