Role Overview: Citi Analytics and Information Management (AIM) team in India supports the North America Consumer Bank Data Science and Modeling team in analyzing prospects and customer transactions using big data tools and machine learning techniques. As a Data Scientist in the team, you will be responsible for developing analytic solutions to business problems, executing complex analytic projects, staying updated with the latest modeling algorithms, and contributing to organizational initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Work with large and complex data sets using tools like Python, PySpark, SQL, and R to build modeling solutions for various business requirements - Focus on model building, validation, implementation, and governance for multiple portfolios - Document data requirements, collection, processing, cleaning, and exploratory data analysis - Collaborate with team members and business partners to build model-driven solutions using traditional and machine learning methods - Ensure compliance of models with Citi standards and regulatory requirements - Assess risks and uphold ethical standards in decision-making processes Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree with 3 years or Master's Degree with 2 years of experience in data analytics, or PhD - Hands-on experience in PySpark/Python/R programming and strong SQL skills - 2-4 years of experience in machine learning and statistical modeling techniques - Understanding of deep learning techniques - Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses - Strong background in statistical analysis - Self-motivated with the ability to implement innovative solutions quickly - Experience in machine learning software frameworks - Preferred experience in Credit Cards and Retail Banking - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or Engineering from a premier institute If you are a bright and talented individual with a passion for data analytics, Citi offers exciting opportunities in AIM.,
