Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territory / market. Generate leads, make cold calls / visits, present products/services to potential clients. Build relationships with existing customers and work to expand business. Achieve or exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in CRM. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, operations, customer service) to ensure timely delivery & customer satisfaction. Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity and propose new strategies. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, product launches as required. Qualifications / Skills Required: Education: Minimum 12th pass; Diploma / Graduate preferred. Gender: Male candidates only . Excellent communication skills in English / [local language] both verbal and written. Energetic, persuasive, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a field-sales environment (if applicable). Valid two-wheeler and driving licence (if field travel is required). Willingness to travel within the territory (if required). Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM).
