KRAs for a DDU-GKY Mobilizer

1. Awareness Building: Creating buzz and understanding about DDU-GKY opportunities in rural areas using appropriate tools and media.

2. Candidate Mobilization: Identifying and bringing eligible rural poor youth (BPL families) to the training centers.

3. Initial Screening & Counselling: Conducting basic screening and counseling sessions to assess aptitude and interest.

4. Stakeholder Engagement: Connecting with Village Level Organizations (VLOs), community leaders, and parents.

5. Data Collection & Reporting: Documenting mobilized candidates and reporting progress to the PIA/DMMU.

6. Achieving Placement Targets: Ultimately contributing to the PIA's goal of achieving a minimum 70% placement rate for trained candidates.

Essentially, the Mobilizer acts as the bridge between the poor rural community and the skilling program, ensuring the right people get to the right training for sustainable employment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
