Key Result Areas (KRAs) for DDU-GKY MIS Head

· Data Management & System Integrity:

o Ensuring secure, accurate, and timely capture, maintenance, and retrieval of program data.

o Managing central databases and maintaining data integrity across the ecosystem.

· Reporting & Analysis:

o Delivering reliable information and reports as per schedules to stakeholders (MoRD, SRLM, CTSAs).

o Systematizing reporting and analysis for decision support and performance assessment.

· Capacity Building & Training:

o Training NMMU, States, PIAs, and CTSAs on MIS usage and reporting.

o Providing necessary assistance to users of the software systems.

· System Development & Support:

o Providing functional/technical inputs for MIS development and automation.

o Managing relationships with technology vendors and overseeing hardware/software procurement.

· Performance Monitoring & Support:

o Supporting thematic studies and performance analysis.

o Contributing to the rating and grading of PIAs, States, and CTSAs based on data.

Key Responsibilities:

· Leading the MIS team to manage operations.

· Developing strategies for IT system implementation.

· Managing processes for data capture and maintenance.

· Representing the MIS function in relevant meetings.

Essentially, the MIS Head ensures the digital backbone of DDU-GKY works flawlessly to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and provide insights for effective skill development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
