Job Description

Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory, covering both urban and rural areas.
Manage and grow multiple distribution channels including Direct, Indirect, and Alternate.
Plan and drive productive growth at town level to ensure balanced expansion.
Develop and onboard channel partners in new and emerging markets.
Drive business in devices, activations, and recharges through distributor networks.
Manage key retail outlets, including modern trade and high-performing stores.
Ensure proper implementation and compliance with company policies and processes.
Monitor performance and provide training to both the team and channel partners.

Education Required

Graduation degree in any discipline (Post Graduation or MBA preferred).

Experience Required

5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
