We're looking for an experienced iOS Developer to strengthen our mobile engineering capabilities and help us reduce reliance on external contractors. As we build innovative cybersecurity solutions that protect hundreds of millions of users worldwide, you'll join a growing mobile team and play a crucial role in expanding our in-house iOS expertise.Working alongside our Android engineers and cross-functional teams, you'll design and deliver high-quality features for our iOS product suite while championing excellent mobile architecture. . You'll collaborate closely with teams across Europe and other regions, and occasional flexibility to work outside local business hours is part of our global collaboration rhythm.
What You Will Do In This Role
- Participating in building our iOS product suite, including designing, estimating, and delivering high quality solutions that secure hundreds of millions of users.
- Designing, architecting and developing new features for our iOS apps, championing great mobile architecture and seamless software design paradigms.
- Working closely with our internal teams such as product management, designers and security researchers to take an idea from concept to delivery.
- Participate in regular design and code reviews.
You Will Work With The Following Technology Stack
- Swift, Swift UI, Obj-C, C/C++
- iOS core frameworks
What are we looking for
- Academic background in engineering, preferably in software/computer engineering
- 5+ years of work experience in mobile development, focusing on iOS applications, preferably in a global organisation.
- Skills and experience using at-least the following technologies: Swift, Objective C. If you proceed to the next round of this hiring process, please be prepared to participate in a technical assessment to showcase your skills and competencies in i.e. swift concepts, architecture and design patterns, SSL pinning and memory management.
- Ability to break complex problems down into smaller components that are loosely coupled and testable.
- Exceptional architecture, coding & design skills
- Discipline for testing and automation - unit, functional, integration, etc.
- Our organisation language is English, so we expect you to have full professional proficiency in English and enjoy a multicultural working environment.
Bonus Points (Nice To Have's)
- Experience in building any of the following - Mobile platforms/SDKs, Security, Networking, MDMs, Secure Containers (MAM), VPNs, Proxies etc
- Experience with socket programming using TCP/IP or a network stack (like Wifi, Bluetooth or IOT)
- Full stack development experience
