Mobile Engineer (Flutter)

As a Mobile Engineer (Flutter) at our fast-growing consumer app studio, you will be responsible for developing high-quality mobile applications from architecture to launch to scale. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and growth teams, and have the opportunity to directly influence the success of the products you build. Key Responsibilities: - Take end-to-end ownership of app development, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization. - Build modern, scalable mobile apps using Flutter to ensure exceptional performance and pixel-perfect UI. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life and run rapid feature experiments to optimize user engagement. - Analyze user behavior and product metrics to enhance app performance and user experience. - Contribute to best practices in performance optimization, testing, automation, and code quality. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a world-class mobile engineering culture. Qualifications Required: - 1-6 years of experience in mobile app development, with proficiency in Flutter preferred. - Must be based in Bangalore and comfortable working in-office 5 days a week. - Experience in shipping at least one consumer-facing mobile application end-to-end. Preferred Skills: - Proficiency in Flutter/Dart. - Strong knowledge of mobile architecture patterns and performance optimization. - Experience with REST APIs, Firebase, Push Notifications, and offline-first systems. - Familiarity with analytics tools and A/B testing. - Strong problem-solving skills and product thinking abilities.
