As the Product Manager for our app, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy and its successful execution. Your role will involve defining, prioritizing, and implementing a product roadmap that is in line with our business objectives. Additionally, you will gather requirements, prioritize features, and supervise UI/UX design and testing activities. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role as you will work closely with design, engineering, data, compliance, and medical experts to deliver top-notch features that enhance user experience. Your responsibilities will also include conducting market research, analyzing user feedback, and identifying opportunities for product enhancements and new features. In this role, you will be required to develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, encompassing user stories, requirements, and specifications. Monitoring app performance metrics, conducting data analysis, and pinpointing areas for optimization will be crucial to ensure the app's success. You will play a pivotal role in scaling a patient-centric loyalty and rewards program that promotes sustained engagement. This will involve creating loyalty journeys across various digital touchpoints such as the app, portal, email, and in-hospital channels. Your ability to continuously refine reward structures and communication strategies based on data insights will be essential for optimizing user engagement. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, requiring a minimum of 4-7 years of experience in a relevant field. A B.E/B.Tech qualification will be preferred for this role.,
