Mobile Application Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a

  mobile application

  (Android/iOS) for field-level monitoring and reporting of rural road maintenance activities.
• Integrate

  geo-tagging, photo/video capture, GPS tracking

  , and

  real-time data sync

  features.
• Collaborate with backend and GIS teams for seamless

  data flow

  between mobile app and central dashboard.
• Ensure

  user-friendly UI/UX design

  tailored for field engineers and monitoring officials.
• Develop

  offline data capture functionality

  with synchronization on connectivity restoration.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and version updates to ensure performance and security.
  
• Support the

  maintenance and enhancement

  of the app throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare

  technical documentation

  , user manuals, and provide

  training

  to RWD officials.

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency in

  Flutter / React Native / Kotlin / Swift

  for cross-platform mobile development.
• Experience with

  RESTful APIs, JSON, Firebase, and SQLite

  integration.
• Knowledge of

  cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP)

  for app deployment.
• Familiarity with

  GIS and GPS-based applications

  .
• Strong understanding of

  UI/UX design principles

  and

  security protocols

  .

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors / Masters degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  .

Experience:

• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in mobile app development for government or large-scale monitoring systems.
• Experience in

  geo-spatial / infrastructure / e-Governance projects

  will be an added advantage.
