What We're Looking For:

• Experience:

  3+ years

  in Mobile app development, with a minimum of

  2+ years dedicated to Flutter

  .

• Architectural Mastery:

  A strong understanding of app architectures and

  best practices

  . You should be comfortable designing scalable architecture solely from wireframes.

• Core Expertise:

  Deep knowledge of state management, including

  BLOCs

  and

  MVVM

  , as well as threading, the event loop, and robust networking practices.

• Dart Fluency:

  Fluent command of

  Dart 2.0+

  and its core data structures.

• Native Knowledge (A Must!):

  Practical knowledge of at least one native platform (

  Android

  or

  iOS

  ). Ability to develop and integrate native features/modules when needed.

• DevOps Savvy:

  Experience setting up

  CI/CD pipelines

  and packaging release builds efficiently for all platforms.

• Problem Solver:

  Excellent analytical and

  problem-solving skills
