Mobile Application Deployment Specialist

As a part of the Xylem team, you will be responsible for managing app deployment and store management for mobile apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This includes overseeing the submission, update, and release process, ensuring compliance with platform-specific guidelines, and addressing any rejections or issues that may arise. You will also track app performance metrics such as downloads, reviews, and crashes, taking necessary actions to optimize app quality. Your role will involve working closely with marketing teams to optimize app store listings through app store optimization (ASO) techniques. This includes refining app visibility, keyword rankings, and visuals to enhance app discoverability and download rates. Additionally, you will regularly monitor app performance and user feedback to suggest improvements and optimizations, collaborating with QA and development teams to ensure app stability and performance across various devices and platforms. In this position, you will coordinate with development, QA, and product teams to align on release schedules and version control. You will serve as a point of contact for any deployment-related issues with the Apple and Google support teams, ensuring smooth and efficient app deployment processes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - 2-4 years of experience in mobile app deployment for iOS and Android platforms - Familiarity with the app submission and release process for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store - Strong understanding of app store optimization (ASO) techniques and strategies - Ability to track, analyze, and act on performance metrics (downloads, reviews, crashes) - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams effectively Preferred Skills: - Experience with tools like App Store Connect, Google Play Console, or similar platforms - Familiarity with mobile analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, App Annie) for tracking app performance - Basic understanding of mobile development (e.g., Swift, Kotlin) is a plus Join the global Xylem team and contribute to innovative technology solutions that transform water usage, conservation, and re-use.
