Position Summary As a Mobile App Marketer , you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy to drive app growth. You will execute innovative campaigns that attract, engage, and retain users. Using a blend of creativity and analytics, you optimize our mobile apps visibility, downloads, and user engagement. Key Responsibilities User Acquisition: Plan and execute user acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels, including social media, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and influencer collaborations. App Store Optimization (ASO): Optimize app store presence through keyword research, A/B testing, and enhancing conversion rates to improve app discoverability and downloads. Campaign Management: Manage push notifications, in-app messages, and other marketing campaigns to keep users engaged. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies based on insights. User Retention: Implement personalized re-engagement strategies like loyalty programs, retargeting, and user feedback loops to enhance retention. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, design, and development teams to align marketing efforts with overall product goals and brand vision. Market Research: Stay ahead of trends, competitors, and emerging marketing tools to keep our app competitive in the market. Experience: 2+ years in mobile app marketing with a proven track record in user acquisition and engagement. Technical Skills: Proficient in analytics tools like Firebase, App Annie, Adjust, and ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads. Analytical & Creative: Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and craft data-driven strategies, paired with a creative flair for engaging content. ASO Expertise: Deep understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO) techniques and app store algorithms Play store and Appstore. Project Management: Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple campaigns and apps to deliver end product effectively. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication for seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams. Additional Skills: Advanced Excel skills for reporting and strong presentation capabilities. Nice-to-Have Skills Familiarity with UI/UX principles for effective collaboration with design teams. Experience marketing 10+ Android apps and 5+ iOS apps is highly desirable
